About Stacklog
Stacklog is an app for iPhone and Android where one line about something you did becomes a stone on that month’s tower. Your entries are stored on your phone (on iPhone, also in your own iCloud), and they aren’t sent to PawPaw.
Get in touch
Email support@pawpawdigital.com. It helps to include what you expected, what happened instead, how to make it happen again, and which version of Stacklog you’re using. Please don’t send passwords, Apple or Google Play receipts, or private entries.
Moving to a new iPhone
If you use iCloud, sign in on the new iPhone with the same Apple Account and install Stacklog. Your stones sync on their own; the first sync can take a few minutes.
Without iCloud, move them with a backup file. Settings is the gear icon at the top right of Stacklog.
- On your old iPhone, go to Settings → Backup → Export Entries and send the file to your new iPhone, for example with AirDrop or Mail.
- On your new iPhone, go to Settings → Backup → Import Entries and choose the file.
Importing adds only new entries, so importing the same file again won’t create duplicates. If reminders don’t arrive on the new iPhone, turn on Daily Reminder again in Settings.
Moving to a new Android phone
If backup is turned on in Android, sign in on the new phone with the same Google Account and restore your backup while you set it up, or copy data from your old phone. When Stacklog is installed, your stones come back with it.
Otherwise, move them with a backup file. A backup file also works between iPhone and Android.
- On your old phone, go to Settings → Backup → Export Entries and save the file somewhere your new phone can open it, such as Google Drive.
- On your new phone, go to Settings → Backup → Import Entries and choose the file.
Purchases and Restore Purchases
Stacklog Pro is a one-time purchase. If it isn’t unlocked on a new or reset iPhone:
- Make sure the App Store is signed in with the Apple Account you used to buy Stacklog Pro.
- In Stacklog, go to Settings and tap Restore Purchases.
- Stay connected to the internet until the restore finishes.
If Pro still isn’t unlocked, email your app version. Apple handles all billing and refunds for App Store purchases.
On Android, Stacklog Pro is bought through Google Play. If it isn’t unlocked, make sure Google Play is signed in with the Google Account you used to buy it, then tap Restore Purchases in Settings. Google handles billing and refunds for Google Play purchases. Purchases don’t carry over between the App Store and Google Play.
Edit or remove a stone
Tap a stone to open its card. Tap Edit to change the line; the stone keeps its shape. Tap Remove to take the stone off the tower. Its entry is deleted too, and with iCloud it’s removed from your other devices as well.
If reminders don’t arrive
- In Stacklog, go to Settings, turn on Daily Reminder, and set the Reminder Time.
- If Allow Notifications in Settings appears, tap it and allow notifications for Stacklog.
There’s no reminder on days you’ve already stacked. To stack from a reminder without opening the app, touch and hold it, then tap Stack Now. On Android, tap Stack Now right on the notification.
Widgets
Add Stacklog from the widget gallery on your Home Screen or Lock Screen. The small Home Screen widget is free; the medium and large Home Screen widgets and the Lock Screen widgets come with Stacklog Pro. If a widget looks out of date, open Stacklog once.
On Android, touch and hold an empty spot on the Home Screen, tap Widgets, and find Stacklog. The small This Month’s Tower widget is free; larger This Month’s Tower widgets and the Tower Silhouette widget come with Stacklog Pro.
Find your app version
In Stacklog, go to Settings and look for Version.
Privacy and license
